FLINT TWP., MI — Bitterly cold weather is preventing concrete repairs to a lane of Bristol Road and an entrance ramp to I-69 in Flint Township after a watermain break happened on Wednesday, Jan. 21.
Rangers and Knicks players have the luxury of avoiding the ramp with an elevator, but visitors have to walk uphill about 150 steps, depending on stride length, to reach the arena's event level.
