i bought two exactly like this for my kids the straps broke on one while we were outside playing on them and a bolt In the other ones seat keeps coming out.... the instructions leave a lot to.be desired but its really mot that hard to put it together no idea what these pad things were for cause their was no mention in the instructions.... they do not allow the user to shut off the hoverboard if its going crazy which is an issue that if not figured out will severely hurt someone .... otherwise its seems to be solid enough
